Illinois State officials planning a 75% state income tax increase.

Our state elected officials are planning to vote for a 75% state income tax increase before newly elected officials are sworn in later next week.  This is urgent!!   Please call

State Rep.Lisa DuganSpringfield  217-782-5981,   Kankakee 815/939-1983

State Rep. Careen Gordon:   Springfield  217-782-5997,  Coal City  815-634-3096   She is still in office until newly elected officials are sworn in.

State Senator Toi W Hutchinson:   Springfield  217-782-7419,  Chicago Heights  708-756-0882

They will be in Springfield next week and will be voting on the state income tax increase early in the week.  Please make the effort.  Tell them to vote NO!

Also call Governor Pat Quinn's office at 217-782-0244.  Leave a message asking him to not sign any bill that comes to his desk that would raise the state income tax before serious spending cuts are made.  He campaigned on a 33% income tax increase raising the state income tax from the current 3% to 4%, not raising it to 5.25%.  Remind him we have over 1600 homes for sale in Kankakee County.
