| The Largest Donor to The Friends Of
BBCHS Granted TIF District Tax Benefit. BBCHS
Administration Gives Their OK.

| Please see the reports below. It is reports filed
by the Friends of BBCHS with the Illinois State Board of Elections. As you
can see the largest donor is The Daly Group, $10,000. They are the developers
of the retail development at St. George Road and Route 50.
Their development includes Kohls, Super Walmart and many other retail sites in an area where hundreds of acres were granted TIF district status with a yes vote from BBCHS. Go to the Daly Group web site at http://www.thedalygr... Click on the drop down menu, available retail space at the top of the page, then click on Illinois Bradley Common. The Village of Bradley has created a TIF district in that area so the Daly Group will received TIF district tax benefits which means they will be paying very little in property taxes to support BBCHS or Bourbonnais Elementary for up to 23 years. BBCHS voted in favor of the TIF district while Bourbonnais Elementary voted NO. It is obvious that The Daly Group is returning the favor to BBCHS by making two $5,000 donations to promote referenda to raise property taxes on existing businesses and home owners to pay for a new school. $10,000 is nothing compared to the money they will be saving over the next 23 years by being granted TIF district tax benefits.
