OUTRAGE has been informed that Assistant Attorney General Nancy Tikalsky has confirmed that she will be in the Kankakee County Court House  tomorrow, Friday May 13 at 9:00 a.m. room 204 for the Joyce Farms and Tom Volini/Town and Country cases.  Click here to read the  "Motion for Discovery Sanctions" against Tom Volini and his company Town and Country Utilities, LLC which was filed yesterday.
 
The case against Tom Volini and his company Town & Country Utilities came about because of illegal dumping of semi-truck loads of construction debris and other garbage on land near the proposed garbage dump site.  With the defeat of the proposed garbage dump becoming final March, 2010, Mr. Volini sold all of the land, except the area of the illegal dumping, to a local farmer.  The local farmer refused to buy the portion dumped on as it is not farm able. Read the case here  http://www.k3power.org/docs/IllinoisAttorneyGeneralSuingVolini.pdf    Fred Barbara, Tom Volini's partner, was also name in the original suit but he settled early on.  The case against another partner, Edward Heil was dropped because it was determined he was not involved.
