OUTRAGE has been informed today the U.S. Office of Special Counsel in Washington D.C. has ruled Mayor Epstein's appointed 5th Ward Alderman Tyler Tall Sr. is in violation of the Hatch Act and must withdraw his candidacy for election unless he quits his federally funded job with Shapiro. An e-mail letter from the Special Counsel was forwarded to OUTRAGE with this information.
