Welcome To Video Coverage of Kankakee City Council Meetings. We are not currently able to cover all their meetings but we would like to in addition to other government meetings in the area. If you have a government meeting that you want to video tape, we would be happy to post it on our web site. We are looking for volunteers with video equipment to help. We prefer mpeg 4 but we can work with mpeg 2 format. You do not have to ask for permission from any government body to tape their meetings because of the Open Meetings Act. It is the law!
